ASHFORD AC did the double in the Nice Work Isle of Oxney Hot Soup five mile dash at Wittersham.
Kevin Williams took the men’s honours with 30 minutes and four seconds winning by a comfortable 11 seconds while Lesley Hall took the women’s race in 35:06 finishing an excellent 14th overall.
Matt Hogben was a fine fourth in 30:42; John Norman 28th with 38:49 and Sophie Walkden clocked 51:40.
